Job description

The Role

Be the execution engine behind a fleet that's scaling from 150 to 300 units. We're looking for an elite dispatcher to own freight sourcing, rate negotiation, and route planning for a book of 10–15 drivers no chaos, no fire drills, just clean execution on a team that doesn't tolerate dead weight.

What You'll Own
  • Source freight from existing customers and 3PLs. No cold-start prospecting. Just execution.
  • Negotiate rates that protect margin without losing loads.
  • Manage 10–15 drivers, keeping them safe, on-time, and moving.
  • Plan routes that maximize profitability on every load.
  • Own the board using TMS software and the DAT load board. No guesswork. No missed capacity.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years booking loads. You know the game. You don't need training wheels.
  • Fluent in HOS, Hazmat, and DOT regulations. Compliance isn't an afterthought for you.
  • Sharp read on market conditions. You know when a rate is good before the customer tells you.
  • Strong sales instincts with customers, strong communication with drivers. You can close and you can lead.
  • Comfortable in TMS software and DAT load board day one.
Compensation
  • $92,000 – $105,000
  • 401(k) with company match
