The FSQA Process Improvement Supervisor plays a critical role in advancing Westrock Coffee's digital quality ecosystem by developing, configuring, and optimizing enterprise Quality Management Systems (QMS) and other manufacturing digital platforms. - Support system implementation, user acceptance testing, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancement of digital quality systems.
- Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and implementation of new technologies across the organization.
Qualfications:
- BA/BS required. Prefer degree to be in a science discipline.
- Two to five years QA related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Digital Quality Management Systems (QMS)

- Data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
- Cross-functional project leadership and system implementation
- Continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
