Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) Administrateur(trice) de sotckage pour rejoindre notre equipe.
Responsabilites
Piloter l'onboarding et la coordination d'une equipe de support niveau 3 composee de 5 ingenieur(e)s au sein de l'equipe d'administration Storage & Backup;
Supporter, concevoir et ameliorer en continu les infrastructures de stockage et de sauvegarde ainsi que les outils associes;
Superviser la mise en uvre et le suivi des actions de remediation de securite;
Administrer et concevoir des solutions de stockage dans un environnement a grande echelle fonctionnant 24/7;
Collaborer etroitement avec les equipes TI et les parties prenantes metiers afin de concevoir et livrer des solutions alignees sur les besoins d'affaires;
Piloter les initiatives d'automatisation pour reduire les taches repetitives et ameliorer l'efficacite de l'equipe;
Diagnostiquer et resoudre des problemes complexes dans des environnements distribues (applications et infrastructures);
Assurer le respect des procedures, des normes de conception technique et des meilleures pratiques;
Participer a un modele de support Follow-the-Sun couvrant l'Europe et l'Asie;
Gerer les activites selon le cadre ITIL (gestion des changements, incidents et requetes);
Contribuer aux routines d'equipe et participer aux operations en heures supplementaires au moins une fois par mois;
Contribuer aux activites de veille technologique et recommander des ameliorations;
Rediger et maintenir la documentation technique et les procedures operationnelles;
Animer des formations techniques entre pairs (on-prem, cloud, CEPH, Cinder, OpenStack);
Contribuer aux initiatives DevOps en utilisant Python, Flask, Git, Ansible, etc.;
Evoluer dans un environnement international de grande envergure.
Qualifications
Expertise avancee en :
Stockage bloc / SAN (VMAX, UNITY, CISCO, PureStorage, OpenStack, Cinder)l
NAS (NetApp);
Stockage objet (S3, Scality);
Technologies de sauvegarde (NetBackup, Cohesity, DataDomain)
Maitrise de :
Systemes d'exploitation serveurs (Linux, Windows);
Outils de gestion de configuration (Ansible, Salt);
Technologies infonuagiques;
Experience dans la gestion d'environnements a haute disponibilite ainsi que dans la conception, mise en uvre et tests de plans de reprise apres sinistre (DR);
Solides competences en diagnostic dans des environnements distribues complexes;
Bonne comprehension des processus ITIL (gestion des changements, incidents et requetes);
Forte orientation securite (remediation d'audits, durcissement des environnements);
Excellentes competences en communication avec des interlocuteur(trice)s techniques et metiers;
Orientation client et sens du service marque;
Excellente communication en francais et en anglais. L'anglais est requis, le poste dmeandant de communiquer avec des clients et des aprtenaires situes a l'exterieur du Quebec.
Atouts
Experience avec des technologies DevOps (OpenStack, CEPH, Cinder);
Competences en developpement (Python, Git).
