Description du poste
L'objectif principal de ce poste est de faire partie de l'equipe EUC (Environnement de Poste de travail) en tant que specialiste serveur, afin de gerer l'ensemble des serveurs et des produits fournis par EUC, notamment : BeyondTrust Remote Support, Lexmark Markvision, la solution d'impression LRS, ainsi que la configuration des imprimantes reseau a l'echelle des Ameriques.
Le role inclut egalement la gestion d'une infrastructure Intune distincte pour les postes de travail. Le perimetre n'est pas limite a ces outils, mais couvre toute activite liee aux serveurs et aux imprimantes pour la region des Ameriques.
En tant que membre de l'equipe EUC, la personne interagira egalement avec les postes de travail et les utilisateurs finaux, en assurant le support des applications sous sa responsabilite.
Le poste implique aussi :
Le support des mises a jour (patching), firmware et la remediation des vulnerabilites de securite sur les serveurs, produits et postes de travail;
Le support de niveau 3 pour les utilisateurs finaux et les postes de travail;
L'assistance aux autres equipes TI (dont le Service Desk) lorsque les incidents ne peuvent etre resolus a un niveau inferieur.
Responsabilites
Gestion complete du cycle de vie des serveurs (creation, mises a jour, remediation, decommissionnement);
Responsable de la solution d'impression;
Gestion de l'infrastructure Intune (patchs, deploiement de packages, scripts, rapports) pour les postes virtuels et physiques;
Participation a des projets locaux et globaux pour la mise en place de solutions basees sur serveurs;
Fournir un support expert, assurer la gestion et l'evolution des applications et serveurs sous responsabilite (incluant postes et utilisateurs);
Evaluer les situations avec les autres equipes TI pouvant impacter les solutions et recommander des actions de maniere proactive;
Respecter les processus stricts de gestion des changements et du cycle de vie applicatif.
Qualifications
Plus de 7 ans d'experience en support technique expert sur les postes clients Microsoft Windows (Windows 10/11);
Plus de 5 ans d'experience en support technique expert sur les serveurs Microsoft Windows (2016, 2019, 2022);
Plus de 3 ans d'experience en gestion de postes via Intune (deploiement de correctifs, packages, rapports, execution de scripts, operations quotidiennes);
Excellente maitrise de PowerShell et des scripts shell;
Expertise en infrastructure TI : reseaux, pare-feu, etc.;
Experience avec la solution d'impression LRS (atout);
Bonne connaissance d'ITIL (gestion des incidents, problemes et changements);
Solide experience avec Active Directory (utilisateurs, groupes, GPO, objets informatiques);
Connaissance des processus de cycle de vie des applications (migration et mises a niveau);
Bonne connaissance des concepts de gestion de projet;
Experience avec la configuration d'imprimantes reseau;
Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite;
Anglais obligatoire (role couvrant plusieurs pays des Ameriques);
Esprit d'equipe, orientation service, attitude positive et engagee;
Disponibilite a travailler en dehors des heures regulieres (8 h a 18 h);
Baccalaureat ou equivalent;
Excellente communication en francais et en anglais. L'anglais est requis, le role demandant de communiquer avec des clients situes a l'exterieur du Quebec.
