Dans le cadre du renforcement de la gouvernance et de la surveillance des projets technologiques, nous sommes a la recherche d'une ressource strategique afin d'assurer la fonction d'aviseur et d'assurance continue sur la sante des projets et la qualite des redditions de comptes.
Le role s'inscrit dans une perspective de surveillance proactive et preventive, visant a soutenir la haute direction dans sa prise de decision strategique.
Le present role vise a assurer, de facon continue et independante :
Une evaluation periodique de la sante des projets;
Une validation objective des redditions de comptes;
Une appreciation du niveau reel de risque;
Une identification precoce des derives potentielles;
Un avis neutre destine a la haute direction.
Responsabilites
Couts, echeanciers, portee, benefices;
gestion des risques et dependances;
gouvernance et comites decisionnels;
gestion contractuelle et fournisseurs;
capacite organisationnelle.
Analyse des mecanismes de reddition
Coherence des tableaux de bord;
fiabilite des indicateurs;
qualite des donnees;
transparence des ecarts;
realisme des previsions.
Qualifications
20 ans et plus d'experience en audit de projets TI et/ou en gestion de projets TI de grande envergure et a haute complexite.;
Au moins cinq (5) ans d'experience acquise au sein d'organisations publiques (p. ex. RAMQ, Retraite Quebec, Revenu Quebec, SAAQ, CNESST, Hydro-Quebec) ou de grandes organisations privees (p. ex. Desjardins, Beneva, iA Groupe Financier, Banque Nationale, etc.). Experience a interagir au niveau executif et produire des documents pour la haute direction et conseil d'administration;
Experience dans des projets comportant : Multiples parties prenantes, environnements reglementes ou publics, transformation organisationnelle majeure, integration de systemes complexes;
Experience confirmee en suivi et controle de projets TI majeurs;
Experience en surveillance continue de portefeuille;
Connaissance des meilleures pratiques (PMI, MSP, COBIT, ITIL ou equivalent);
Capacite a intervenir dans un contexte organisationnel complexe;
Independance complete et absence de conflit d'interets;
Capacite a exercer un role d'assurance sans interferer avec l'execution;
Experience a interagir au niveau executif et produire des documents pour la haute direction et conseil d'administration.
