Position Overview

The Wellness Path Counseling Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team providing remote mental health services. Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexible engagement with clients while working within a collaborative team environment. Although sessions may occur during traditional business hours, our clinic accommodates diverse client schedules, which may require some evening and weekend availability. Our virtual platform allows for seamless interaction, promoting effective therapy and client rapport.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns thoroughly, identifying strengths and areas for growth.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and strategic interventions, ensuring alignment with clients' needs.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to deliver integrated care that addresses all aspects of a client's mental health.
• Service clients in crisis situations by employing crisis intervention techniques, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety planning when necessary.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, providing transparency and accountability in client care.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, creating a community of trust and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse clientele ranges from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. You will work with individuals experiencing common issues like anxiety and depression, as well as those who have endured trauma. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment strategies is essential.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a culturally diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy methodologies is advantageous.
• Previous experience in crisis intervention or trauma-informed care settings is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
