Work Environment

While the facility operates within the community health clinic model, your role will primarily involve working from home, attending virtual team meetings, and engaging with clients through teletherapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available support systems.
• Administer individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety plans, to clients in need of immediate support.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops to promote shared healing and learning among participants.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records while adhering to ethical and legal standards for documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse range of clients across all age groups, including individuals facing challenges related to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of experience in a mental health setting, particularly in outpatient care.
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, with a solid understanding of various treatment modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong assessment abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in community health settings or with diverse populations.

• Background in crisis intervention and managing complex cases.

Compensation and Benefits
