This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions via secure telehealth technology. Our clinic utilizes advanced systems, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs), to facilitate seamless communication and documentation. You are expected to have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace to maintain confidentiality while engaging with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy to individual adult clients through scheduled live video sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatric staff and fellow counselors, to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Utilize automated self-assessments and tools for tracking symptom improvement and therapeutic goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on individual progress.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives, incorporating our evidenced-based care pathways into your practice for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and promptly in our EHR system.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage primarily with adult clients, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your role as a therapist is crucial in guiding them through personal growth while providing a supportive and empathetic approach to their unique experiences.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is necessary to practice.
  • Possess strong capabilities in utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy sessions.
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency with technology and computer systems, particularly in applications like Google Suite and EHRs.
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a professional demeanor.
  • Show a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism in a remote setting, ensuring you have a suitable environment for effective telehealth service delivery.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, particularly in a remote environment.
  • Hands-on experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competencies in therapy.
  • A familiarity with, or openness to training in, innovative therapeutic frameworks and models that align with our care pathways will be beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, based on your qualifications and relevant experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance with personalized plan options via our Stride Health partnership, retirement plan opportunities, and generous paid time off to promote work-life balance.
