- Plumbing: Perform limited repair and installation of pipes and plumbing that carry gas, water, air, or miscellaneous hydraulic oils.
- Electrical Wiring: Perform limited repair and installation of electrical wiring in the facility for high and low voltage, including computer and phone lines.
- Electrical Troubleshooting: Perform limited electrical troubleshooting, repair, and installation of motor controls, fuses, circuit breakers, and similar components.
- Machinery Repair: Troubleshoot, repair, and install simple machinery using air, hydraulics, motors, bearings, and related systems.
- Fabrication: Fabricate production equipment, fixtures, support frames, benches, and shelving.
- Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and perform preventative maintenance, following established procedures.
- Facilities Upkeep: Repair and improve facility buildings, grounds, and equipment.
What you'll need to succeed?
- High school graduate/GED preferred
- 0-3 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade jobs: two-year degree, technical certificate, or related experience (1-3 years) preferred
