About the Organization

At Valley Spring Recovery Health Clinic, our vision is to create a society where mental and physical health services are seamlessly integrated, enabling individuals to lead fulfilling lives. We are one of the fastest-growing behavioral health practice groups in the United States, driven by our mission to enhance access to personalized and affordable mental healthcare. Our committed team believes in the transformative power of therapy and is dedicated to supporting our clients on their journeys toward recovery and stability.

Work Environment

The remote work setting at Valley Spring Recovery Health Clinic allows you to provide exceptional care from the comfort of your home. We leverage innovative telehealth technologies to connect counselors with clients, ensuring that geographical barriers do not impede access to quality mental health support. The role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to patient care in a digital environment, while also fostering collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored therapy strategies that cater to the unique needs of each client, utilizing a variety of therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans, grounded in evidence-based practices.
  • Deliver therapeutic sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, facilitating discussions on challenging topics in a safe and supportive manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nursing staff, to devise integrated treatment approaches that address clients’ mental health needs.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities, actively pursuing the latest research in mental health and therapy techniques.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as an LPC will involve working with a wide range of clients, including adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Special attention is given to clients undergoing transitions in their lives, such as those dealing with familial challenges or relationship dynamics. Through a personalized approach, you will empower clients to develop coping skills and resilience, ultimately improving their overall mental health.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
  • Must possess an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, is essential for this role.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or addiction and substance use treatment is highly ideal.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competencies within mental health practice.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary range between USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by additional bonuses based on performance. Valley Spring Recovery Health Clinic also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including access to dental, vision, and health insurance, malpractice insurance coverage, and a steady stream of client referrals. With administrative support for billing and documentation, you can focus more on therapy and less on paperwork.
