Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds in familial, couples, and trauma-focused therapy settings.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records that adhere to ethical practices and legal requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare providers, to develop robust treatment programs that prioritize holistic care.
• Participate in ongoing training and workshops to stay abreast of the latest trends and research developments in the mental health sector.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Valley Spring Recovery Health Clinic, you will primarily work with a diverse client population experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
