Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing their unique challenges and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a supportive environment for healing and recovery.
• Employ a wide range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to effectively meet client needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to provide holistic care and promote favorable patient outcomes.
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in workshops to stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices and enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at Valley Spring Recovery Health Clinic, you will work primarily with individuals facing a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. Your role will revolve around facilitating clients' therapeutic journey, thereby empowering them to embrace positive life changes and overcome barriers to wellness.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Texas.
• At least two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as trauma recovery, family therapy, or substance use treatment is highly regarded.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding their unique needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
