Valley Forge Casino & Resort is looking foron-Call Banquet Servers to join our growing Banquet team. The rightcandidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and has great attention todetail. The average gratuities yield an additional 19-20 per hour on top ofyour base pay.
Summary:
To ensure quality guest service to allguests at catered hotel and convention center functions.
Job Duties:
  • Setsup banquet meal functions as described by the banquet function sheet.
  • Provide prompt, professional and courteous service during banquet mealfunctions.
  • Performs tableside buffet food service as required. Maintains a clean and orderly workstation.
  • Cleans tables of all glasses, silver, china, etc. during and after banquetfunctions.
  • Completes all assigned side work throughout scheduledshift.
  • Greets and continually monitors to ensure quality guestsatisfaction.
  • Informs supervisor ofguest comments/complaints.
  • Assists inthe set-up and break-down of functions when business demands are high.

Qualifications:
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Good customer service skills;ability to communicate effectively with others; understand and complies withall Company and departmental rules and regulations.
