Position Description:

As part ofan24/7 on-site rovingpatrolthis position performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildingsrequiringpractical skill and knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electricalwork.Thisposition will beassigned to cover multiple areasand report where needed.Shallpossessrequisite skills tooperate, troubleshoot, and mitigate issues associated with refrigeration, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electronic systems, including pneumatic controls.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Replaces electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.

Replaces belts and filters on air handling units.

Usesplaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings.

Repairs or replaces sinks, water coolers, and toilets.

Paintsstructures and equipment.

Replaces or repairs concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks.

Replaces damaged paneling and floor tiles.

Hangs doors, installs door locks, and replaces broken windowpanes.

Performs general maintenance on equipment and machinery.

Perform all duties in conformance with company safety policies and procedures

Required Qualifications and Experience:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. Minimum of two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in O&M to includesupportof a work force thatis responsible forO&M and repair of all facility systems, subsystems, and selected equipment typically found in a Base Operating Services contract.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Must be able to pass a company drug screen and background check. Mustpossessa valid state driver's license andinsurabledriving record.
