Administrative Assistant Onsite in Westerville, OH Pay: $23-$25/hour We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a busy commercial operations team. This role will focus on customer communication, scheduling service appointments, calendar coordination, data entry, invoice support, and assisting with special projects as needed. Ideal candidates will be able to work independently, communicate professionally with customers and internal teams, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and have experience using CRM systems. Experience with Salesforce or JDE is a plus. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a high-volume administrative role and wants to grow with a stable, team-oriented organization.
