Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a small and growing business.

This Executive Assistant opportunity is an in-office contract opportunity through the end of the year.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting an Executive with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Calendar management and complex scheduling
• Coordinating meetings and organizing meeting materials
• Managing travel arrangements
• Assisting with expense reports
• Managing correspondences and communications
• Maintaining confidentiality

Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) of administrative or EA experience within an office environment
• Experience in calendaring, travel management, expense reporting, and managing correspondences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with Expensify is ideal
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must have the ability to managing several priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be located in the Nashville or surrounding area and able to be fully in-office M-F
