This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience while remaining integrated within a supportive community health framework. You will collaborate with fellow mental health professionals through virtual meetings and secure online platforms, ensuring effective communication and seamless client care. Our clinic is equipped with the latest technology to facilitate teletherapy and maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth intake assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and concerns.
  • Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and clients' goals.
  • Implement evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, regularly reviewing and adjusting strategies as clients progress.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of each client, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other applicable approaches.
  • Maintain an open and engaging atmosphere during sessions to encourage clients to share their thoughts and feelings.
  • Provide referrals to additional mental health providers or community resources as necessary to enrich client support.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in mental health counseling to ensure the highest quality of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes individuals across various demographics facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. The counselor will work collaboratively with clients who may have diverse cultural backgrounds, emphasizing sensitivity and adaptability in treatment approaches. Your ability to understand and respect clients’ unique life experiences will be paramount to fostering trust and achieving therapeutic goals.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Active LPC licensure in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with a wide range of clients.
  • Capability to create customized treatment plans that address individual client needs.
  • Willingness to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience is preferred.
  • Experience with telehealth systems and online therapy platforms is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with specific therapeutic methods, such as trauma-informed care or mindfulness-based interventions, is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development assistance. Our clinic also provides resources for managing billing and documentation, allowing you to focus on what you do best: helping clients.
