We buy gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories from people in the community, paying cash on the spot or offering 25% more in store credit. We then sell those quality items in our store at huge discounts compared to retail. Every day we help the community refresh their wardrobe, express their personal style, and look and feel confident without breaking the bank.

We're always looking for dependable, friendly people who are driven and who take pride in keeping our stores organized, shoppable and fun. We’re looking for a part time and full time Buyers to join the team at our Uptown Cheapskate Pineville location. Must be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week, including some weekends.
Store Location: 8700 Pineville-Matthews Rd #900 Charlotte NC28226
Responsibilities:
  • Be helpful and nice to our customers - our store vibe is everything
  • Presort incoming clothes, shoes, and accessories brought in from vendors (people from the community who want to sell to us)
  • Use our computer system to buy in and price incoming items
  • Organize racks, tag and hang up clothing
  • Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
  • Help make posts on our social media pages
  • Merchandise! Organize clothing, handbags, and shoes, make the store look pretty!
