Job description

Overview

We're looking for an Assistant Financial Center Manager who will help lead the Collegeville team, create an exceptional customer experience, and support continued growth in the local market.
In this role, you'll partner with the Financial Center Manager to support branch sales, service, operations, and risk management. You'll coach team members, build customer relationships, and help ensure the branch operates accurately, securely, and in alignment with Univest's commitment to service and sound banking practices.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
  • Support the Financial Center Manager in leading branch sales, service, operations, and compliance.
  • Coach and develop team members to build a strong, customer-focused culture.
  • Build relationships with customers and connect them with the right financial solutions.
  • Help oversee daily branch operations and step in to lead in the manager's absence.
  • Resolve customer concerns and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development.
  • Represent Univest in the community and participate in local events.

Qualifications
What you bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in retail sales, banking, or a customer-facing environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to balance service and sales priorities
  • Comfort using technology and Microsoft Office tools
  • Previous banking experience and NMLS registration are a plus

Wage Range:
The salary for this position starts at $56,000.00.
