Sr Servicenow Developer

Job Description:
- Who has a strong understanding of ServiceNow products.
- Who will be developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications
- Who will be an active contributor in developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes.
- Who is creating/managing web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript/BootStrap/Angular
- Who will monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
- Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow.
- Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing, and production.
Technical Abilities and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 8+ years of strong experience in software development experience and at least 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of ServiceNow IT products like ITSM or ITAM or ITOM or ITBM or SecOps.
- Passion for JavaScript and the web as a platform, reusability, and componentization.
- Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows.
- Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices.
- Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems.
- Create/manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
- Has experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform
