Job description
The Senior People Partner at Ubiquity plays a critical role in managing the human resources function of our organization. This leadership position oversees the development and implementation of HR strategies and systems, provides advice on HR issues, and ensures the efficient management of staff resources.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overarching business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues effectively
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a highly competent and diverse workforce
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital in collaboration with department leaders
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A Master's degree or HR certification will be an advantage
- Proven working experience as a Sr. HR Manager or HR Executive
- Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development, employee relations, etc.)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and HRIS systems
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Compliance experience with labor regulations
