Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate customized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals and challenges.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to promote effective treatment outcomes.
• Maintain close coordination with physicians, social workers, and community organizations to facilitate a comprehensive care approach, including referrals to additional resources as necessary.
• Document clinical case notes and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with ethical and legal standards to support ongoing client evaluation.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and education opportunities to stay informed about the latest practices and methodologies in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at Trinity Wellness Group, you will work with a diverse client population encompassing varying backgrounds, cultures, and mental health needs. You will provide services to individuals who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, as well as those seeking support during transitional life phases. Your ability to empathize and build rapport with clients from different walks of life is crucial to their healing process.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
• Proficient in completing clinical documentation including treatment plans and case notes.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with diverse client populations, particularly in community health settings.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and treatment management.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and generous paid time off.
