Your expertise and empathy will be critical in assessing clients' needs, crafting personalized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions in an evolving healthcare landscape.

About the Organization

Trinity Wellness Group, LLC, is a forward-thinking community health clinic located in Scranton, Pennsylvania, dedicated to improving the mental health of our diverse populations. Our mission is to provide comprehensive and accessible mental health services that emphasize empathy, empowerment, and resilience. By fostering an inclusive environment, we ensure that all clients receive quality care tailored to their unique life challenges.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule tailored to your lifestyle while ensuring you can balance both personal and professional commitments. Despite the remote nature of the position, you will be well-integrated into our collaborative team culture that values open communication, support, and professional development. Administrative systems are in place to facilitate your daily tasks, ensuring that you can focus on what truly matters—supporting our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), you will:

  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments and intake interviews to understand clients' mental health needs and devise individualized treatment plans based on their specific circumstances.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that utilize recognized evidence-based practices, adapting therapeutic techniques to best suit the client’s needs.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical records and treatment documentation to ensure continuity of care, legal compliance, and successful communication with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Engage in case coordination with other healthcare providers, social services, and community resources to offer holistic care to clients.
  • Participate in ongoing professional education, workshops, and training to remain current with the evolving mental health landscape and innovative therapeutic modalities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Trinity Wellness Group, we serve a varied demographic that includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. Your ability to connect with and support clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges—such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues—will enhance their healing processes. We celebrate diversity and strive for culturally competent care that recognizes and respects each client's unique journey.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
  • An active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience providing therapeutic services to clients in a mental health setting.
  • Strong skills in developing and implementing treatment plans, as well as the effective utilization of clinical case notes.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both oral and written, to facilitate effective client interactions and detailed documentation.
Preferred Experience

While meeting the core qualifications is essential, candidates with the following experience will be strongly preferred:

  • Prior work in community mental health settings or health clinic environments.
  • Familiarity with telehealth and remote counseling practices.
  • Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, family dynamics, or substance use disorders.
Compensation and Benefits

We value the contributions of our LPCs and offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year. In addition to a robust compensation package, employees at Trinity Wellness Group enjoy:

  • Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance options.
  • A collegial atmosphere that encourages collaboration and teamwork.
  • Full administrative support that minimizes your workload related to non-clinical tasks.
  • Flexible work schedules that promote work/life balance and job satisfaction.
  • A sign-on bonus for full-time positions that welcomes you into our team.

Trinity Wellness Group is committed to the ongoing professional development of our staff. As an LPC with us, you will have opportunities for growth in various forms, such as mentorship programs, access to training workshops, and pathways to advanced clinical roles.
