Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work/life balance. While you will primarily engage with clients from the comfort of your home office, you will also collaborate with our centralized outpatient facility in Lancaster, ensuring that you receive comprehensive administrative support. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and define their treatment goals.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans in cooperation with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, promoting an open dialogue and encouraging clients to express their thoughts and feelings in a secure environment.
• Document and maintain accurate clinical case notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Coordinate care by collaborating with healthcare professionals, case managers, and community resources to provide comprehensive support for clients.
• Engage in ongoing education and training, staying abreast of best practices and innovations in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at Trinity Wellness Group, you will have the rewarding experience of working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling (LPC) or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Proven experience in developing and documenting treatment plans and delivering therapeutic interventions.
• Strong capability to set appropriate boundaries with clients while providing empathetic support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas effectively.

Preferred Experience

Preferred candidates will have experience in specialized therapeutic areas such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, or family systems therapy. Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual counseling methodologies is a plus, as our practice embraces innovative approaches to mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits

We are pleased to offer an annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
