Key Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive assessments of clients' mental health and emotional well-being, crafting personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide a spectrum of therapeutic services, including individual, couples, and family counseling, using various modalities to suit client preferences and treatment objectives.
• Collaborate actively with clients to establish meaningful goals, consistently monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring all records reflect real-time treatment updates.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required for this role.
• Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted license from the State Board, such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD, enabling them to offer independent therapy without supervision.

Preferred Experience

While we are looking for qualifications primarily, we encourage applicants with a demonstrated history of providing evidence-based therapeutic services. Compensation and Benefits
