Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional therapy services tailored to a diverse clientele, employing various evidence-based modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and create personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving their goals.
• Utilize innovative data tools to track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring continual improvement in clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation promptly and comprehensively, adhering to all regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at Trinity Health, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Your expertise will empower clients to navigate their challenges and achieve their mental health goals within a supportive and understanding framework.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• A full and unrestricted license from the State Board to practice independently is essential, including LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD credentials.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and client management software.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Specialization in areas such as pediatric mental health, trauma, or addiction is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
