Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to clients, ensuring a tailored, impactful approach to their mental health needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the multifaceted aspects of each client's situation, leading to the development of effective treatment plans.
• Facilitate counseling sessions through various modalities including individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy, adapting your approach based on client preferences and progress.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set realistic, achievable goals, diligently tracking their progress and adjusting treatment methods when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all regulatory requirements, utilizing our streamlined electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will reflect a rich diversity of clients, ranging from young adults to seniors, each presenting unique challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral health disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline is required to ensure a solid theoretical foundation for therapeutic practices.
• Must hold an active, unrestricted state license (e.g., LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD) to provide therapeutic services independently.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, we greatly value passion and a strong commitment to mental health advocacy, specifically in outpatient settings. Candidates with specialized training or certifications in areas such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will find this role especially rewarding.
