Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services via telehealth to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ challenges and develop personalized treatment plans that lead to effective interventions.
• Use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies, to address specific client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to set measurable goals, monitor their progress rigorously, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize care.
• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation that adheres to regulatory guidelines, ensuring compliance and facilitating continuous care quality improvement.
• Leverage our user-friendly digital platform for efficient scheduling and management of session notes, making your workflow seamless.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Experience with telehealth practices is preferred, although training will be provided for those new to a virtual care environment.

Compensation and Benefits
