Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT at Trinity Health Behavioral Center, you will be engaged in a variety of critical therapeutic functions including:

  • Conducting diagnostic evaluations for clients, utilizing the latest DSM criteria under the supervision of licensed practitioners.
  • Implementing evidence-based psychotherapy and therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, particularly those with complex mental health and dual disorders.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, inclusive of crisis interventions and ongoing support.
  • Utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records efficiently to document therapy sessions and maintain detailed client records.
  • Participating in regular collaborative consultations with fellow clinicians, psychiatrists, and community resources to enhance care delivery.
  • Facilitating skills training, stress management, and supportive therapy, adapting modalities to effectively address the needs of diverse populations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Trinity Health Behavioral Center serves a diverse client base, including individuals facing mental health challenges, couples navigating relationship issues, and families seeking support for various life transitions. Our focus encompasses clients with dual diagnoses and co-occurring disorders, offering a comprehensive approach to treatment that integrates behavioral health and social services. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D) in Pennsylvania.
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.
  • At least two years of experience providing psychotherapy services, with demonstrable proficiency in a range of therapeutic modalities.
Preferred Experience

Preferred candidates will have:

  • Familiarity and experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
  • Experience in providing therapy via telehealth, with an understanding of best practices and ethical considerations in a remote setting.
  • Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques relevant to marriage and family therapy.
Compensation and Benefits
