Trinity Health Behavioral Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time remote position with the opportunity to work part-time as well, where therapists can leverage their expertise in providing high-quality mental health care through telehealth services. As an LMFT, you will have the autonomy to set your caseload, ranging between 10-30 billable hours per week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in the lives of your clients.

About the Organization

Trinity Health Behavioral Center is a leading provider of mental health services in Abington, Pennsylvania, dedicated to improving the well-being of individuals and families. Our outpatient office embraces a collaborative approach, enabling our team of professionals to deliver comprehensive care. We prioritize a supportive work culture that actively promotes professional growth and recognizes the importance of fostering a balanced lifestyle for our clinicians.

Work Environment

Our therapists benefit from a flexible, remote work environment that allows for a tailored work schedule to meet their personal and professional needs. There are no phone calls required, enabling our clinicians to focus on direct patient interactions through telehealth platforms. We facilitate both virtual and in-person consultation opportunities—fostering collaboration among team members—and ensure that all administrative tasks are managed efficiently to enhance therapeutic practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and deliver short-term psychotherapy tailored to various individual, family, and group needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, customizing interventions for mental health and dual disorders, to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
  • Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute effective treatment plans, considering sociocultural factors and community resources.
  • Provide a range of therapeutic services including crisis intervention, supportive therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy effectively through telehealth.
  • Assess and determine the urgency of clients' needs, executing appropriate interventions promptly.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and client interactions, adhering to federal and state regulations.
  • Participate in regular clinical team meetings to share insights, case reviews, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Stay current with evolving clinical practices within behavioral health services, enhancing your professional skills through continual education.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LMFT will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients often present with issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, traumatic experiences, and dual diagnoses. LMFTs at Trinity Health Behavioral Center play a crucial role in fostering client resilience and recovery, promoting overall family health and well-being.

Qualifications
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D).
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.
  • At least two years of direct experience in providing psychotherapy services.
  • Proven proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and navigating electronic health records.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within integrated healthcare settings, particularly in outpatient focused practices.
  • Familiarity with conducting telehealth sessions and adapting therapeutic techniques for virtual environments.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this role ranges from $75,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:

  • A sign-on bonus to incentivize your transition into our organization.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to support your health.
  • Malpractice coverage to protect your practice.
  • Flexible scheduling that allows control over your caseload and working hours.
  • Access to an electronic billing and scheduling system that streamlines your administrative tasks.
  • A referral program to encourage team growth.
