You will work within a collaborative outpatient office setting, engaging virtually with a diverse client base from Ellicott City, Maryland, and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional wellness, identifying key issues and establishing rapport.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to the unique needs and aspirations of each client.
  • Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using effective methodologies suited to diverse client needs.
  • Continuously monitor and assess clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Deliver crisis intervention support, ensuring clients feel safe and supported during times of acute distress.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to provide comprehensive care and coordinated services.
  • Stay current with developments in mental health treatment trends and methodologies to enhance your clinical effectiveness.
  • Engage in regular supervision and attend training opportunities aimed at improving your clinical skills and advancing your professional capabilities.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards as set forth by licensing boards and mental health organizations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Our client base is diverse, representing various ages, backgrounds, and cultural identities, enabling you to utilize your expertise to deliver personalized care that meets the unique circumstances of each client.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.
  • Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a profound ability to connect with clients empathetically.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building therapeutic relationships and ensuring effective collaboration.
  • A strong commitment to the ethical practice of mental health therapy, including a solid understanding of the laws governing mental health practice.
  • The ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience is required, showcasing proficiency in mental health care provision and therapeutic practices.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and a broad spectrum of mental health issues is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital treatment modalities is a plus, given our remote work setting.
Compensation and Benefits

Trinity Behavioral Health Center values its team members and offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses. Additionally, we provide:
