Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional states to accurately diagnose and guide treatment.
• Develop tailored treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices that address each client's unique needs, life circumstances, and objectives.
• Facilitate diverse therapeutic interventions, such as individual, family, and group therapy sessions, effectively utilizing tools like cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness strategies.
• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes aligned with established goals.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients facing urgent mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements to protect client privacy.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with psychiatrists, social workers, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive care strategies.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in mental health treatments, actively participating in workshops and trainings to enhance your clinical skills.
• Adhere to the ethical guidelines established by relevant licensing boards and contribute to the culture of integrity in our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population including adults and adolescents facing a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your capacity to relate to clients from various backgrounds will be pivotal in fostering a therapeutic relationship, and your interventions will directly impact their recovery and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is required.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with the ability to understand complex emotional issues.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective rapport-building with clients.
• A strong sense of empathy and compassion, dedicated to advocating for client welfare throughout the therapeutic process.
• Capacity to work independently while also being a supportive team member in a virtual environment.
• Solid understanding of ethical guidelines, mental health laws, and best practices.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth in the field of mental health.

Preferred Experience

• At least three years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health therapy in a similar capacity.
• Experience in using teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches and best practices in community health settings.

Compensation and Benefits
