A Brief Overview The Payroll Tax Specialist is responsible for all timely and accurate processing of multi-state payroll tax-related activities including customer service support.

Locations Atlanta, GA What you will do Collaborates with internal colleagues to resolve customer inquiries Provides administrative support with case inquiries and follow up Resolves low complexity, high volume tasks related to workflow, as assigned Communicates internally with colleagues via client cases and email Ability to navigate within Salesforce to document customer inquiries and resolution Processes various data entry related tasks within the Payroll Tax organization such as payments, reports, check requests, registrations, and filings Education Qualifications General education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training preferred Experience Qualifications Typically 1+ years Skills and Abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong knowledge and understanding of both state and federal employment laws Excellent presentation and facilitation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Licenses and Certifications Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred Fundamental Payroll Certificate preferred Travel Requirements Minimal Work Environment Overtime may be required as projects dictate primarily during reporting months. Use of headset to communicate is required. Noise level in the environment is usually moderate.

The candidate's final salary offer will be based on the candidate's skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate's compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet's corporate bonus plan.
