Work Environment

Our work setting is a virtual community health clinic, offering flexibility and convenience for both our counselors and clients. You will work on an appointment basis, allowing for custom scheduling that works for you and the clients you serve. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, selecting from modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring approaches are tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to create comprehensive care pathways that address the holistic needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation by utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
• Stay current with the latest research, attending workshops and professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse population that includes adults, couples, and families facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve providing support for clients from different backgrounds, allowing you to make significant impacts in their mental health journeys. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, with an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapeutic services in clinical settings, showcasing your ability to handle a variety of mental health concerns.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices, ensuring compliance and client safety.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
