Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to promote personal growth and healing.
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients facing barriers to in-person care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in continued professional development activities, including training and workshops, to enhance your skills and maintain licensure.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a mental health counselor will primarily involve working with individuals experiencing a range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management to handle a varied caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth delivery of mental health services is highly desirable.

• Previous experience working with a diverse clientele is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, you will benefit from:
