Transcendence Health Partners is seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity. This unique opportunity allows you to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy from the comfort of your own home through a fully remote telehealth format. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop effective, individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapy modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions through telehealth platforms, maintaining a strong therapeutic alliance while adapting to clients' diverse circumstances.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly reviewing progress to ensure treatments are responsive to their evolving needs.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client sessions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices and emerging techniques in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve include individuals of varying ages who are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Our practice values inclusivity and culturally competent care, aiming to support each client in a manner that respects and reflects their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications

• Active and valid state licensure as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster a safe and welcoming environment for clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients’ challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing teletherapy or working in a remote setting is preferred, enhancing your ability to adapt to virtual communication.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for seamless documentation and client management.
• Experience in specialized therapy areas, such as trauma-informed care or adolescent counseling, will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

Transcendence Health Partners offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to a supportive work culture, we provide:
