- Develop a high performing sales team
- Lead performance through coaching, accountability, and performance management

Qualifications
- Strong coaching, communication, and relationship building skills
- Track record of achieving sales goals and developing top performers
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and technology skills
- Proficient with technology and CRM tools
Compensation
Expected Total Compensation: $85,000–$100,000+ annually
