JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Applies in-depth knowledge of business procedures to type correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and other documents ensuring accurate grammar, spelling, punctuation and company branding. Asks questions about assignments to fully understand expectations, audience, draft deadline, and final deliverable. Self-manages, prioritizes, and organizes workload to meet expectations and deadlines. Maintains organized electronic files.
Screen guests and calls providing assistance or redirecting as appropriate and interacting professionally with all levels of management.
Manages superiors’ calendar(s). Schedules meetings; coordinates arrangements; takes initiative to obtain or produce materials in advance of meeting
Coordinates travel arrangements; may complete expense reports
Initiates reordering kitchen and office supplies in order to maintain an adequate inventory.
Provides administrative support compiling annual department budget.
Runs and downloads standard reports to Excel, adds formatting, formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, or graphs to enhance, summarize, or trend data for further review and presentations. Makes recommendations to improve reporting.

Advanced Excel (conditional formatting, pivot tables, graphs) and Power Point skills to produce executive level high quality documents
Proficient MS Office and Word
Ability to keep confidential or proprietary knowledge to one’s self
