Work EnvironmentThis role is designed for a remote setting, allowing you to connect with clients through virtual platforms while benefiting from the support of a skilled and multidisciplinary team. Our clinic emphasizes work-life balance, understanding that flexibility is essential for both our clients and our staff. While primarily remote, there may be occasional on-site meetings or training sessions to enhance team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to better understand each client's unique mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care, adapting approaches to meet the individual needs of clients.
- Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to support the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic and coordinated care plan, ensuring all aspects of a client’s health are addressed.
- Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to support clients during moments of acute distress.
- Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of treatment protocols.
- Organize and facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, aiming to foster community and shared experiences among clients.

Qualifications- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is a fundamental requirement.
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential to practice within the state of New Jersey.
- A minimum of two years’ experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, providing therapeutic care to clients.
- Strong familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches, combined with excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.
- Experience working with diverse populations and a nuanced understanding of cultural competency in mental health practice.
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices, enhancing the effectiveness of digital interventions.
- Background in crisis intervention and risk assessment methodologies.
The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
