Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions to develop tailored therapeutic plans that address their unique needs.
  • Provide individual therapy utilizing a variety of theoretical orientations, ensuring evidence-based techniques are employed for the best outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients to set meaningful therapeutic goals, frequently measuring and adjusting the treatment plan based on their progress.
  • Offer teletherapy solutions using secure platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients facing mobility or transportation challenges.
  • Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation to safeguard the integrity of the therapeutic process.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with the latest in mental health resources and treatment modalities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with diverse populations experiencing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and transitional life issues. Our clients range from children to adults, often seeking assistance for familial and interpersonal relationships. The focus is on creating a supportive environment where each client feels empowered to confront their mental health challenges and work towards recovery.

Qualifications
  • An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish a warm and trusting relationship with clients.
  • A nonjudgmental, empathetic, and compassionate approach to client care, reflecting an understanding of their life experiences.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills to handle caseloads efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing teletherapy services and familiarity with virtual health platforms.
  • Previous work in community health settings or private practice is preferred.
  • Knowledge of and training in trauma-informed care methods or specialized therapies.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
