Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in individual therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques tailored to promote healing and self-discovery.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
  • Provide teletherapy sessions for clients preferring virtual appointments or those with mobility challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with ethical and regulatory standards in mental health care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health issues. At Together Tomorrow Counseling, we focus on providing care for individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges, ensuring that all clients receive client-centered therapy that respects their unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications
  • Current, active, and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the State of Colorado.
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build a secure therapeutic alliance with clients.
  • Empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities to balance a caseload efficiently.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in trauma-informed care or specialized training in addiction treatment is a plus.
  • Prior experience providing teletherapy services or remote care solutions.
