Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific issues, such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Engage in individual therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques tailored to promote healing and self-discovery.
• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Provide teletherapy sessions for clients preferring virtual appointments or those with mobility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with ethical and regulatory standards in mental health care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health issues. Qualifications

• Current, active, and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the State of Colorado.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build a secure therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities to balance a caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in trauma-informed care or specialized training in addiction treatment is a plus.
• Prior experience providing teletherapy services or remote care solutions.
