Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional status, and personal history.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that address specific client goals and mental health challenges.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques for individual, family, and group therapy sessions, helping clients navigate their emotional landscapes.
  • Monitor clients' progress diligently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required, based on their evolving needs.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients exhibiting acute mental health issues, ensuring their safety and emotional stability.
