Job description

At Thrasher, we believe that fulfilling work leads to a fulfilling life. Since 1975, we have been committed to exceptional customer service. We are a family-owned residential construction company specializing in waterproofing, foundations, and concrete repair. Our ambitious nature drives our mission to deliver a "WOW" experience and challenge the status quo.
We foster a work environment where employees feel valued and passionate while also creating opportunities for growth. If you are highly organized, thrive in fast-moving environments, and want to play a critical role in how marketing work gets delivered at a high level, there is a place for you here.
Compensation: Base salary starting at $65,000
The Role
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will:
  • Own intake, prioritization and execution of marketing projects from start to finish.
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across teams.
  • Lead project kickoffs and ensure clear alignment on scope, expectations, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate across creative, growth, leadership, and external partners to keep work moving.
  • Track progress in a project management system and hold owners accountable for execution.
  • Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Why Choose Thrasher
  • Ownership and autonomy: you own outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Real influence: your work directly enables marketing execution and business growth.
  • High standards: we bestow the gift of high expectations and empower you to uphold them.
  • Serious growth: we invest heavily in developing strong operators and leaders.
  • Mission with momentum: we're redefining an industry, not maintaining one
  • Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with 5% match, HSA and more
Who You Are
  • A highly organized project or operations professional with 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects or workflows.
  • Experience with project management systems or workflow tools is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communicator who can drive clarity, alignment, and accountability across multiple stakeholders.
  • Naturally structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum or quality.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities shift and problem-solving is constant.
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, a felony/misdemeanor background check

If you are energized by creating order out of complexity and driving execution at a high level, this role gives you that platform.
Thrasher Group and its affiliates are an Equal Opportunity Employer. All employment offers are contingent upon successful background checks. Employment history, education, and other relevant information may be verified during the hiring process.
