The Role

The General Manager will oversee the operations of a large-scale workplace food and pantry program serving a single corporate campus in the Bay Area. This role is responsible for leading an onsite hospitality team, and delivering an innovative workplace food experience through curated product assortments, catering coordination, themed pantry concepts, hospitality activations, and data-driven program management.

The General Manager will lead all aspects of workplace food and pantry operations including inventory management, vendor partnerships, product rotation, hospitality programming, and client reporting. This individual will ensure the program delivers a best-in-class employee experience while maintaining operational efficiency and budget transparency.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage an onsite team, ensuring strong service standards and operational execution
  • Coordinate deliveries and sourcing through major distributors and direct vendor partners
  • Oversee the onsite mini warehouse operations, including pallet deliveries and inventory storage
  • Maintain proper product pars and back stock to prevent outages across pantry locations
  • Implement and manage rotation in accordance with planograms and marketing plan
  • Manage product rotation strategies and introduce new emerging brands and pantry items regularly in coordination with CSM & operations guidance
  • Partner with internal teams to integrate consumption data into client reporting dashboards
  • Partner with catering and hospitality teams to support meetings, events, executive hospitality, and campus activations
  • Develop seasonal food and beverage programming that enhances workplace culture and employee engagement
  • Identify and implement new workplace food solutions including grab-and-go, wellness offerings, beverage programs, and emerging hospitality concepts
  • Serve as the strategic lead for onsite food experience programming, continuously evolving offerings based on employee engagement, consumption trends, and client objectives
  • Serve as the primary onsite liaison for the client and ensure program performance meets expectations
  • Manage vendor relationships and support cost-plus purchasing models and rebate programs
  • Identify opportunities to improve product assortment, operational efficiency, and client experience


What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, workplace dining, food service, catering, food retail, or corporate pantry program management managing onsite programs
  • Experience managing multi-location food service or pantry operations
  • Strong leadership experience managing onsite teams and day-to-day operations
  • Experience with inventory management, purchasing, and vendor coordination
  • Ability to manage logistics involving multiple distributors and direct vendors
  • Strong organizational and operational planning skills
  • Experience working with data reporting, dashboards, or operational analytics
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage complex operational programs
  • Experience developing workplace food, beverage, hospitality, or employee experience programming
