  • Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision sessions to share insights and foster a collaborative spirit among colleagues.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives, actively contributing ideas to enhance service delivery and client care.
  • Coordinate with clinical professionals, including psychiatrists and nurses, to create a comprehensive support network for each student.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on school-based populations, providing crucial mental health support to children and adolescents dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. By employing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique challenges faced by youth, you will foster resilience and promote recovery in a vulnerable demographic.

  • Proficiency in computer systems and telehealth platforms, ensuring streamlined documentation and client engagement.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of direct clinical experience in social work within substance use or mental health settings.
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children or adolescents and an understanding of the educational system's framework.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities specific to mental health and substance use.
