Position Overview

The Forge Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Senior LCSW, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality mental health treatment to individuals dealing with mental health disorders and dual diagnoses. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans that may include both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to help clients address dependencies and cultivate positive behavioral changes.
• Set realistic treatment goals in collaboration with clients, ensuring that all objectives align with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client assessments, therapy sessions, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Engage in regular chart audits with the clinical director and provide oversight on individual and group therapy notes to ensure quality and accuracy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our ideal candidate will be working with a diverse client base that includes individuals suffering from various mental health disorders, substance use issues, and co-occurring conditions. The Forge Recovery Center prioritizes individual care, recognizing the uniqueness of each client’s journey and adapting treatment to meet their specific needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in California.
• Strong clinical skills with 2-3 years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically in Social Work, Substance Use, or Mental Health Centers.
• Proven ability to develop treatment plans and provide case management support.
• Excellent computer literacy, with the capability to use electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations from various backgrounds.
• Familiarity with various mental health treatment modalities and strategies to engage clients effectively.
• Previous involvement in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
