TEKsystems is partnering with a leading telecommunications client to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist to support financial operations, inventory tracking, and nationwide shipment coordination. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with strong reconciliation and systems experience, looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Support Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring accuracy of invoices and payments
• Perform reconciliations to maintain financial integrity across accounts
• Manage digital inventory tracking through internal systems (no physical warehouse work)
• Coordinate and track nationwide shipments and orders
• Partner with finance, operations, and vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and reporting using Excel and internal systems

• Experience with AP/AR and account reconciliations
• Strong inventory management experience within digital systems
• Ability to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets for tracking and reporting
• Experience working with ERP, accounting, or inventory systems
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear communication and strong problem-solving ability

• Experience supporting logistics, shipment coordination, or telecom operations

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
