We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives for an Insurance account with Proctor!

Pay:

• $17/hr

Start Date: September 9, 2026

Training: First 45 days onsite

Troy, MI

After Training: Hybrid

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Handle ~35–45 inbound calls daily
• Assist with homeowner’s insurance inquiries
• Support borrowers, agents, and financial institutions
• Provide accurate info on payments & coverage
• Multitask across systems and document interactions

✅ Qualifications:

• 1+ year recent customer service experience (call center preferred)
• 35 WPM typing speed ⌨️
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills (testing required)
• Reliable internet & transportation

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Troy, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
