Your Opportunity:
Venture Solutions, a Taylor company, is looking for an Equipment Operator to join our production team in Ft. Worth, TX. In this hands-on role, you will help produce high-quality printed materials by preparing, operating, and maintaining printing press equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to build skills in a fast-paced production environment.
Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and operate printing press equipment in compliance with job specifications and company quality standards and procedures.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.
  • Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
  • Check paper for type, size, color, and quantity.
  • Check plates for correct format.
  • Visually inspect forms throughout the run for quality.
  • Coordinate with the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary, reorganize work to meet deadline changes and updates.
  • Maintain knowledge of safety requirements for the job and equipment.

Your Shift: 3rd Shift, Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 6:00am
You Must Have:
  • Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong mechanical ability.
  • Good reading ability.

Requirements Within This Position:
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
  • Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
  • Constantly operates machinery and handles products, including print materials.
  • Frequently required to move inside the facility.
  • Regularly move up to 25+ pounds, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and/or carrying.
  • 1+ Years experience in Web Press

We Would Also Prefer:
  • Ability to work with very close tolerances.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good color discernment.
