Overview
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Possess the ability to install, configure and maintain Operating Systems.
• Manage the installation and integration of systems fixes, updates and enhancements Conduct testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Provide support including end user assistance.
• Perform functions such as manage accounts, network rights, access to systems and equipment; maintain systems configuration and backups.
• Create and maintain documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Create, monitor and maintain backups/restoration of systems and files.
• Conduct research of new and upcoming technologies.
• Provide input for future systems and purchases.
• Demonstrate general knowledge of enterprise frameworks and methodologies.
• Possess the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• One (1) years of professional experience with desktop Operating Systems, hardware and peripherals
• Qualified experience in technical telephone inquiries and on-site support to employees regarding technical aspects of NEN assigned products.
• This position is required to be designated as IAT II level. (Security+)
• Must have a Secret clearance or higher depending on the contract requirements.
