Compensation
Annual salary range: $120,000 $150,000 (USD) plus a competitive benefits package.
DaytoDay Duties
- Lead project planning, coordination, and execution from concept through final closeout.
- Develop detailed cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for new projects and change orders.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to define accurate scope of work.
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present bid packages, negotiate contracts, and secure subcontractor agreements.
- Monitor project progress, track expenses, and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation (drawings, specifications, change orders, invoices).
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes.
MustHaves (Essential Qualifications)
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Professional certification such as PMP, CPM, or Certified Estimator preferred.
- 36 years of experience in construction project management and cost estimating.
- Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Procore, Sage Estimating) and projectmanagement tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Excellent negotiation and clientinteraction capabilities.

- Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
