The Portfolio Manager will lead ongoing management and surveillance of loan transactions within Structured Lending Atlanta (SLD ATL) - including credit facilities to private credit managers, specialty finance companies, and asset-backed lending transactions. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Portfolio Surveillance & Compliance
- Collect and monitor borrowing base reports via direct submission and virtual data rooms - at minimum monthly and at every funding request
- Ensure ongoing borrower compliance with all covenants, collateral quality tests, coverage tests, and borrowing base calculations
- Confirm recurring monthly and quarterly interest payments are received and accurate
- Ensure loan terms and structure align with Pinnacle's internal system of record
Reviews & Risk Assessment
- Complete quarterly and annual credit reviews for each borrower
- Perform quarterly risk-weighted asset (RWA) assessments for each loan in the portfolio
Origination & Deal Support
- Assist SLD ATL with new deal origination, underwriting, and transaction modeling
- Support risk management, client management
