What You'll Be Doing:
  • Providing expert technical guidance and engineering insight to support Synopsys product adoption and usability for leading semiconductor customers.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues during customer installations and deployments.
  • Training customers on new implementations, features, and capabilities of Synopsys RTL2GDS full flow solutions.
  • Reviewing feedback from customers and application partners to identify enhancement opportunities and collaborating with R&D for product improvements.
  • Partnering with sales and customer technical managers to identify business challenges and architect effective technical solutions for new and existing accounts.
  • Supporting the technical roadmap by validating specifications and ensuring alignment with cutting-edge silicon design methodologies.

What You'll Need:
  • Extensive experience with RTL to GDSII full flow and advanced node design methodologies.
  • Hands-on proficiency with synthesis, physical design, static timing analysis, equivalence checking, parasitic extraction, DRC/LVS, and power analysis.
  • Strong scripting skills in Perl, Tcl, and Python; familiarity with CAD automation methods.
  • Tool expertise: Design Compiler, ICC2, Fusion Compiler, Genus, Innovus; familiarity with STA (Primetime, Tempus), IR drop analysis (Redhawk, Voltus), Extraction (Star-RCXT, Quantus), Formal verification (Formality, Conformal).
  • BSEE (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience, or MSEE (or equivalent) with 8+ years in Synthesis & Place & Route.

You'll work closely with R&D, sales, and customer technical managers to deliver value and shape the future of smart everything.
